If you need our creative services for ad-hoc projects, more than 2 requests at a time,
or on a large-scale retainer basis, we’ll be more than happy to discuss your requirements.
A single Poster, for example, typically takes around 3 to 5 days to create and write. Of course, the turnaround time depends on the complexity of the project. If a new Request is submitted concurrently, the current one will automatically be put on hold. It’ll then take an additional 2 days to restart on the former Request. This is based on our previous experience with other clients.
Yes, this is correct. When another Request is submitted, the active work will be paused.
Generally speaking, there are no limitations for Requests and these include offline, online, posts, advertising and so forth. However, 3D animation, graphic animation and video animation are not included. As for brand identity development and immersive illustrations, such work will take longer to produce. Which is why for each active Request, we’ll happily provide you with a time estimate.
Any active Request can be a new one or revisions to existing work. This is why our work can have limitless revisions.
The priority of a Request will be determined by you, the client.
