Project Background

Avro Solutions is a Singapore-based company that provides solutions, from engine performance products to nutritional human performance enhancers. The client aimed to execute a product relaunch campaign to improve its brand awareness and communicate its product offerings. At the same time, they hoped to create awareness about their affiliation program to reach out to existing affiliates and engage new ones. For this, they required constant communication with the user base; to test the popularity and viability of their products, and collect opinions about the prospective promotions they plan to arrange. Hence, they engaged MIU to develop an entire marketing automation process, design marketing content to suit various user segmentation, and design their product packages.

Strategy

Understanding Avro Solution’s positioning and its products gave us a clear picture of how to strategize on marketing automation and branding.

Available Resources

We followed the agile project management methodology for executing the graphic design projects and website's UI/UX design process. The process workflow was set up in the cloud-based Trello Tool. To create a proper Marketing Automation process, we made use of an established Marketing Automation Tool. Deliverables for branding included creative product labels, box packaging, illustration, logo design, brochures, flyers, etc.

Approach

We set up a proper communication plan and channel with the customer and provided timely updates on the project status including any adjustment of timeline and scope. We also covered implementation gaps due to various constraints and included the workaround and mitigation plan. For Marketing Automation, we engaged our specialist to create a seamless yet effective process for our client. We also created a vibrant e-commerce website via Magento with an affiliate system.

Results

Avro Solutions were able to see a much higher user engagement on their website with the new designs of their products and affiliate system. Marketing Automation allowed them to reach out to a wider audience and create personalized customer journeys.
