Overall, we faced little challenges in the website UI design which included lots of fun elements. However, responsive rendering the UI on various devices did incur a bit of additional development time.
StrategyAfter a clear understanding of the VitaKids' brand and positioning, we charted out a path to design a whole range of collaterals from scratch.

Available ResourcesWe followed the agile project management methodology for executing the graphic design projects and website's UI/UX design process. The process workflow was set up in the cloud-based Trello Tool.
Deliverables for the design process included designs for creative product labels, box packaging, brochures, flyers, infographics, product banners, posters, MRT Advertisement Panels, Standees, Stickers, stationary, name cards, ang bao envelopes, graphic/creatives for the website, social media marketing, etc.
ApproachWe set up a proper communication plan and channel with the customer and provided timely updates on the project status including any adjustment of timeline and scope. We also covered implementation gaps due to various constraints and included the workaround and mitigation plan.
For collaborative project execution, we extensively used cloud-based tools like Trello, Slack, Google Drive, etc, and sourced for the hosting platform for the customer to host the websites.
ResultsVitaKids now has an excellent website for its KinderNurture brand showcasing all various information, and they are very happy and satisfied with the website designed and developed.
VitaKids have also earmarked the 2019 budget for ongoing website maintenance, organic SEO, digital marketing and social media marketing to be done for VitaKids and KinderNurture. They now have a design package to take care of all their design requirements of any kind.
